Caroline Chiaramonte
Passionate educator turned children’s media specialist
Working with children, I saw firsthand their creativity, genuine love, and eagerness to grow. With that, I saw their tears, struggles, and trials at all ages and backgrounds.
Today, my passion lies in helping media meet children's developmental needs, igniting a love for learning within them.
I taught elementary students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. I've partnered with media companies to craft resources aligned with their content, offered valuable resources for parents, and developed research-driven strategies to shape their visionary goals.
Social Emotional Focus
Media serves as a powerful avenue for nurturing children's social-emotional skills. As I pursue my Master's in Child Studies, specializing in social-emotional education, I recognize the vital role of representation. Children need to see every facet of themselves mirrored in media, including their mental health. Beyond representation, they require the tools and resources to translate these skills into actionable behaviors. By introducing them to relatable stories, experiences, and beloved characters, we provide an unparalleled opportunity for holistic learning and growth.
